During School Holidays at Thurlestone Hotel, Danny the Dolphin Club kicks into full swing with a full programme of free of charge activities and entertainment for you and your children organised by our Leisure Manager. On registration your children will become a Member of Danny the Dolphin Club.

Danny the Dolphin Club - Important Information for Parents

The safety of your children is of paramount importance and we must be guided by the Devon County Council regulations regarding the supervision of your children as Danny the Dolphin Club is now a registered children's playscheme and not a crèche.

As such the following regulations apply:

1. We are only permitted to supervise children between the
   ages of 5 and 12.
2. We may supervise children without parent's in attendance for a maximum of 2 hours daily
3. We must provide activities suitable for the ages of the children participating
4. We must provide 2 members of staff when supervised activities are being held
5. The maximum in one supervised group is 16.

It is important that you understand that some of the entertainment provided is still classed as UNSUPERVISED and this will be indicated on the individual entertainment programmes.

Please also note that for any activities taking place in our swimming pools, all under 15's must be supervised by an adult.

You will be asked on registering your child/children in the club to sign a letter confirming that you accept the regulations of Danny the Dolphin Club which you will be required to bring to their first session. On registration your children will become a member of Danny the Dolphin Club.

If your children have really enjoyed themselves at the Danny the Dolphin Club we offer special merchandise including key rings, Dolphin Club T Shirts and Towelling Robes that you may wish to consider for presents.
