Danny the Dolphin Club - Important Information for Parents

The safety of your children is of paramount importance and we must be guided by the Devon County Council regulations regarding the supervision of your children as Danny the Dolphin Club is now a registered children's playscheme and not a crèche facility.

As such the following regulations apply:

1. We are only permitted to supervise children between the
   ages of 5 and 12 years.
2. We may supervise children without parent's in attendance for a maximum of two hours daily
3. We must provide activities suitable for the ages of the children participating
4. We must provide two members of staff when supervised activities are being held
5. The maximum in one supervised group is 16.

It is important that you understand that some of the entertainment provided is still classed as UNSUPERVISED and this will be indicated on the individual entertainment programmes.

Please note that for any activities taking place in our swimming pools, all under 15's must be supervised by an adult.

You will be asked on registering your child/children in the club activities to sign a letter confirming that you accept the regulations of Danny the Dolphin Club. You will be required to either hand this to reception or present to the supervisor at your child's first activity.

Please be aware that activities are subject to minimum and maximum numbers, and programme may be subject to chnage.

All children will be issued with a fun pack on arrival which will include a programme of events and booking form.  We do ask that all children pre-book for the activities they wish to attend.
