New Fitness Studio

The fitness studio in the indoor pool complex has now been refurbished and we have installed new 'TechnoGym' equipment which includes:

• Leg Curler
• Cross trainer
• Treadmill
• Free weights
• Chest and leg presses
• Rowing machine
• Training Bike

The fitness studio is air conditioned with a bright new interior and a mounted flat screen television to help keep you motivated.
