A mouth watering combination of the finest food and wine that the countries of Spain, Italy, France, Greece and even the Lebanon have to offer. It will be a fascinating introduction to some of the wine worlds most individual and characterful wines, crafted from indigenous varieties by talented individuals.
Head Chef Hugh Miller will be serving a scintillating array of mediterranean dishes, crafted with the breads, cheeses, pasta and fishfor which the Mediterranean Countries are renowned.

CLASSIC FRENCH FOOD AND WINE WEEKEND
A fantastic weekend of food and wine, we examine France's finest wine regions. The weekend starts with a Billecart-Salmon Champagne tasting which will give you a chance to try their complete range of Champagne.
A selection of wines from Bordeaux, Loire and Burgundy are carefully chosen to enhance the finest food and we will be tasting elegant whites, reds and dessert wines aswell as the more rustic down to earth wines of southern France.

Food and Wine breaks have long been part of the Thurlestone Hotel calendar and we are delighted that the current series have proved so successful.
