All our bedrooms have private bathrooms, direct dial telephone, remote control satellite television, radio, towelling robes, tea and coffee making facilities.We have 64 rooms consisting of a selection of double bedded, twin bedded and family rooms:

These rooms have been newly refurbished to the highest
standards in collaboration with Ashton House Design of
Ashburton and feature VI-Spring luxury pocketed Mattresses
with the highest quality Pillows and Duvets. They are
equipped with Flat Screen Television, DVD Player and
Mini Bar.

SUITES
Our suites consist of an elegant bedroom, bathroom and lounge. All suites are ideal for families as the lounge can be
furnished with additional beds for children. They are equipped with VHS Video/DVD players and mini bars for your comfort
and also have reserved undercover car parking.

Room information

All rooms have private facilities en-suite, bath robes and trouser presses, remote control Teletext TV, radio and direct dial telephone with message waiting facility, and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

Deluxe rooms are equipped with VHS video and mini bars. Some rooms have balconies.

Deluxe suites are equipped with VHS video, DVD player, mini bars and have a separate sitting room. Some have balconies.

Single rooms

We do have some village view accommodation for single occupancy, which would be charged at the single adult rate. If you wish to reserve any of our double rooms for single occupancy, a 50% single supplement would apply.

Service charge

No service charge will be added. Gratuities at your discretion.

Arrival and departure

Please be advised that check-out time is 11.00 am. We will always try to accommodate guests who arrive early but we are unable to guarantee that your room will be available before 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Dress

To comply with the wishes of the majority of the guests, we ask gentlemen to wear jackets for dinner.

Smoking

Please note that all our deluxe rooms and our suites are non-smoking rooms. Guests are also asked not to smoke in the restaurant and in the main lounge.

Valuables

The Management regrets that they cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to any articles of value unless they are deposited at reception and a receipt obtained.

Car parking

We have ample car parking at the Thurlestone Hotel but we can also offer limited undercover parking, which is available to reserve in advance for an additional charge of £5.00 daily.

Room service

Light refreshments are available from our Room Service menu 24 hours a day. Restaurant meals i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner are also available in your room during the times these meals are normally being served at an additional charge. In case of late arrival, cold suppers can be placed in your room with prior notice.

Travel arrangements

Arrangements can be made to meet guests at Totnes or Plymouth Rail Stations.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed in any public areas of the Hotel. Entirely at the discretion of the management, dogs may be accommodated in guest's rooms at a charge of £6.00 per night excluding food. Dogs will not be accepted in our deluxe rooms and the deluxe suites.

Deposits

A booking of £100.00 per room will be required to confirm your booking and this will be credited to your account on arrival.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your reservation within one month of your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. If we are able to fully re-let your accommodation, there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be refunded in full. If we do not re-let your reservation if full, your deposit will be forfeited and there may be a further cancellation charge of up to 66^ of the accommodation charges. Cancellation Insurance is advised.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques by arrangement, and most major credit cards. Accounts are due for payment upon departure.

Medical Conditions and Disability

Please advise reception of any disability or medical condition, including food allergies, you may have that could effect your health or safety during your stay.
