The Thurlestone Wedding Package…
The Thurlestone Wedding Package includes everything that you require to ensure that your Wedding Breakfast is enjoyed by all. The following is included in the Wedding Package:
Arrival Drink:
A glass of either Bucks Fizz, Kir Royal, Sparkling Wine, Pimms, Sparkling Cider, Orange Juice or Fruit Punch.
Canapés
A selection of Chef’s home made canapés to be enjoyed by your guests during the arrival reception
Function Room Hire
Margaret Amelia Restaurant or Yarmer Suite for the duration of the meal.
Wedding Breakfast:
A delicious 3 Course Meal chosen by yourselves with the help of our dedicated chef.
Wine with Meal:
Two glasses of red or white wine to be enjoyed by your guest with their meal.
Toasting Drink:
One glass of Sparkling wine to accompany your toasts and speeches
Accommodation:
Complimentary bed & breakfast in a Sea Facing room for the Bride & Groom
(Minimum 50 covers - applicable)
Cake Display:
We shall provide our silver round or square cake stand with cutting knife
Menus, Table Plan & Name cards:
We shall provide the Menu Cards, Table Plan and Name Cards for the tables
Table Arrangements:
Small stem vases to decorate the tables.
Toastmaster services
(Announcements provided by Hotel)
Guests invited to take their seats ~ Bride & Groom announcement into the room
Speeches ~ Cutting of the Cake
PA System
Wireless microphone for your speeches and to play your own background music during your meal
Wedding Package Price
£70.00 per person
Our wedding package is the minimum we offer to our guests. You are welcome to add to your package as required, We have listed some suggestions for you:-
- Additional Canapés on arrival with drinks priced from £5.95 per person
- Additional drinks upon arrival from as little as £5.95 per person
- Additional glasses of House red or white wine with your meal priced at £5.95 eac
- Additional courses with your wedding breakfast (price will be determined on menu choice)
- Jugs of Fruit Punch or Orange Juice priced at £5.95 per litre
- Bottled Thurlestone Hotel Sparkling or Still Mineral water priced at £2.75 per bottle
- Evening refreshments (price will be determined on menu choice)
- Civil Ceremony for your marriage. (Room hire charge dependant on room choice)
We can also assist with the preparation of the finer details. We would be delighted to quote on any of the following for you:-
- Table or room decorations.
- Table and Pedestal floral arrangements to suit your colour scheme
- Car Hire
- Photographer/Video
- Wedding Cake
Please note that the Civil Ceremony room hire charge, Evening Room Hire Charge and the Evening Refreshments are not included in the wedding package
