Wellness Reset with Victoria Rendle and Kingsbridge Health Hub
If you are looking to improve or reset your health and wellbeing in 2024, why not join us for a break that does just that? This year we are looking to form a new partnership with Victoria Rendle and the Kingsbridge Health Hub to create a health and wellness break for January.
Victoria, a fully trained physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, has been helping people for 25 years find lasting relief from their aches and pains, but also living a healthier and happier life using key lifestyle principles that are missing from traditional healthcare. She helps people love their bodies and life again, living with joy, ease and without limitation by getting to the root cause of their problems. Health is not a one-time thing. It comes from daily choices and the practice of simple habits most of us were never taught.
The fast pace of daily life, the endless juggle of tasks and responsibilities leave most of us forever trying to catch up, exhausted and living life on other people’s terms. The feeling of endless, joyless struggle is a difficult cycle to break, especially when the inevitable aches, pains, or ill health creep in. You suffer, and your lives suffer, your relationships with others suffer.
It’s time to take control and press “RESET” on how you live. A retreat just isn’t enough and promises only a brief reprise from the daily grind. But, what if there was a way to RESET your body, mind and health that was sustainable and supported even when your time away ended?
That’s what our exclusive new “New Year, New You RESET” is all about. It’s the starting point to getting your health, wellbeing and life back on track to living life on your terms.
If you are ready to hit “RESET” on your health and life, or struggling to find consistent time to take care of your aches, pains, wobbly tummy muscles, posture, strength, fitness, stress or other health challenges, our “New Year, New You RESET” is just for you!
