Many of these are full time roles however we are able to offer seasonal vacancies to cover our peak season (June to September) and flexible part-time roles to fit around any existing commitments that you may have.

We will be recruiting for the following roles:
Food and Beverage Assistants (Trevilder Restaurant)
Looking after our guests in the hotels 2AA Rosette restaurant which serves breakfast, children’s supper and dinner daily. This role involves waiting on and serving our guests in the restaurant and also assisting the wider food and beverage department which includes the bar, afternoon tea and al fresco dining at the Rock Pool Bistro.
Cleaning our rooms ready for new guests to arrive and servicing them during their stay ensuring that they are always fully stocked with any things that they need is the main role of our housekeeping assistants. There are also cleaning roles that cover the other public areas of the hotel and both our indoor and outdoor leisure and swimming pool facilities.
The hotels cocktail bar supports both the Trevilder Restaurant for pre- and post-dinner drinks and our afternoon tea lounges but also serves its own light lunch menu daily. This role includes bar work but also food and drink service across these areas.
Porter / Ground Floor General Assistant
Our porters are often the first people our guests will see when they arrive and you may need to assist them with their luggage. You also work closely with the food and beverage team looking after and serving afternoon teas and drinks across the ground floor bar, lounges and in the summer months are al fresco Rock Pool Bistro. You will also have some tasks to do to help out our housekeepers such as moving and setting extra beds or ensuring the leisure facilities are maintained and stocked with towels.
Village Inn Staff
Working in our busy Village Inn pub with have a variety of front and back of house roles which include bar work, waiting roles and kitchen duties.
Commis Pastry Chef
Joining our well-established kitchen brigade which is led by our Head Chef Hugh we are looking for a Commis Pastry Chef to support the hotels lead Pastry Chef who produces all of our desserts and afternoon teas. This role would be perfect for a trainee chef either at college or who has recently left and is looking for a first role.
An integral part of the Kitchen Brigade as a Kitchen Porter you will be ensuring that the cleaning and washing up is completed in a timely manner supporting both the chefs and front of house teams. You may also be required to assist with some basic food preparation.
As Duty Manager you oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and will happily get your sleeves rolled up to support any of its departments. Acting as a point of contact for our guests you will ensure that they are having an exceptional experience at all times, dealing with any issues or complaints that do arise.
The Voyage Spa has 3 treatment rooms offering a wide range of treatments, rituals and massages using Decléor products and the Voya skincare range. Open to our residents, country club members and non-residents we will be looking for qualified therapists to join our team.
